How to Return

2. We'll provide a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours
3. Pack the item in its original packaging (if possible)
4. Drop off the package at the designated carrier location
5. Receive your refund within 5-7 business days after we receive the item

Return Conditions
- Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items should be in their original condition with all accessories included
- Products with physical damage caused by misuse are not eligible for return
- Personalized or customized items cannot be returned

Refund Information
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error)
